Psychosocial work environment education returns

Hundreds of professionals have completed the Institute for Strain Psychology’s occupational health and safety training over the years. Now, the programme is being relaunched in an expanded format.

Strain Psychology remains the central professional foundation, but the programme now covers a broader range of topics. Participants also work in depth with psychosocial prevention, Psychological First Aid and collective crisis management, as well as Psychological Safety – and, as always, with how the knowledge can be translated into practice and embedded in their own organization.

The Occupational Health and Safety Training in Strain and Crisis Psychology® is aimed at health and safety organizations, TRIOs, managers, and employee representatives in workplaces involving psychologically demanding work.

A central principle is that learning should be translated into practice along the way. Participants therefore work with their own organization between modules and test concrete methods and tools together with their colleagues.

The programme starts on February 3, 2027, in Odense and consists of seven in-person training days, as well as an introductory digital module.

And remember to watch what previous participants have to say about the programme in the video above.
