Ann Rubæk-Nielsen has a foundation in pedagogy and has furthered her education with a Master’s in Leadership from the University of Southern Denmark, a Master’s in Professional Communication from Roskilde University, and training as a narrative coach and supervisor.

Ann has 15 years of leadership experience, most recently as Head of Children and Family Services, giving her extensive insight into the challenges faced in roles with high emotional demands. She has extensive experience developing healthy and psychologically safe work environments in teams and across organizations.
