Ann: Ann: What has particularly stood out to you so far?

Anette: The first presentation and the manager’s very concrete approach. If something is not working, she addresses it. She listens and is curious. I also noticed how aware she is of maintaining her own balance as a leader, and how she responds when things get difficult. It made the work on psychological safety very concrete.

Ann: You also mentioned talking about the things we don’t get around to doing?

Anette: Yes, talking about practice – both what we do and what we don’t do. We can have good intentions without actually acting on them. And sometimes we may think we’re doing something that, in fact, we haven’t done. I find that interesting to become aware of. I was inspired by the curiosity and honesty in her approach to leadership.
