Mette has been an organisational and occupational psychologist for more than 20 years. Since October 2023, she has been Managing Director of the Institute for Occupational Psychology, where her responsibilities include business development and partnership development. As a market analyst and business developer, Mette has gained experience across a wide range of organisations.<\/p>

\u201dI have worked with all kinds of organisations \u2013 from highly commercial ones to NGOs and public sector organisations, where achieving the best possible quality within the given framework is what counts. Regardless of the organisation I\u2019ve worked with, I\u2019ve learnt that there\u2019s always a solution \u2013 and that the best solutions emerge when we approach tasks with an open mind, transcending professional disciplines, rank and seniority.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

\u201dI get a real buzz when I\u2019m with a diverse group of talented people and we\u2019re faced with a difficult challenge where the solution isn\u2019t immediately obvious. That\u2019s when we all need to contribute our own perspectives and make the pieces of the jigsaw fall into place. When the bigger picture then emerges, we test it, and it works, I feel a deep sense of satisfaction and pride in what we can achieve together.\u201d<\/em><\/p>
