Rikke Sørensen holds a cand.psych. and a cand.scient.soc.psych., and is a former nurse specialized in psychological work environment and work-related mental stress. She possesses in-depth knowledge of the Danish Working Environment Act.

Rikke has broad and deep professional experience in occupational health, including regulatory experience in identifying and preventing psychological strain related to emotional stress, violence, threats, and traumatic events. She has also previously worked in acute nursing in Greenland and at Rigshospitalet.

Rikke primarily teaches in Zealand.
