A course in exposure psychology, along with knowledge about one’s own and others’ strain response patterns, is intended to provide staff at Nykøbing F. Hospital with a stronger psychosocial work environment. Recently, the initiative earned the hospital the Occupational Health and Safety Award in the category of psychosocial work environment.
