Louise Brix Hvillum holds an M.A. in Organizational Communication and has also completed systemic and narrative consultant training. Louise has in-depth knowledge of the Danish Working Environment Act and psychological work environment.

She has broad, in-depth professional experience in occupational health, including regulatory experience in identifying and preventing psychological strain related to emotional stress, violence, and threats. 

Louise primarily teaches in Central Denmark (Region Midt).
