Foundation Course in Psychosocial Prevention

The Foundation Course in Psychosocial Prevention is a “do-it-yourself” course that provides a solid foundation of knowledge about prevention in relation to psychologically demanding work. A foundation upon which prevention efforts can then be built, so as to create a dynamic and sustainable work environment that enables quality and safety in task performance — and that is healthy, safe, and secure for everyone in the organisation. The course has been developed and is delivered by psychologist Rikke Høgsted and is based on The Handbook of Strain Psychology.

Foundation Course in Psychosocial Prevention

The course aims to create a shared language and foundation of knowledge about what proactive and reactive prevention respectively entail. It includes a number of strain psychology core models and presents concrete examples of primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention measures.

Access to the course is provided via the MentiMove platform, where you can manage participants and track course progress for both teams and individual employees. You can also choose to add access to additional courses, as well as implementation support.
