Feature article 1/2: During the period between Christmas and New Year, an employee in social psychiatry lost their life as a result of violence from a resident at a supported housing facility. This marked the sixth staff member lost in social psychiatry since 2012. That in itself is tragic – as the Prime Minister stated: You should not lose your life by going to work. But what about the fear that such an incident brings with it? Among colleagues, the other residents, relatives – and not least the leadership?
