Christina Berner holds a Master’s in Learning Processes, Leadership, and Organizational Psychology, and is a change facilitator and international ICI/EMP coach. She is also trained in communication, facilitation, and adult education, and is a Certified Practitioner in The Fearless Organization Scan.

Christina has over 15 years of experience in strategic competence development, designing effective learning and implementation processes at individual, group, and organizational levels, and advisory sales.

She specializes in organizational culture and has solid experience facilitating processes that foster a psychologically safe team culture with high engagement and a readiness to learn.
