MentiMove can be used in two ways. With MentiMove Basic, the organisation gets access to selected foundation courses as well as a simple system for administering licences and tracking progress. This makes it easier to see whether the courses are being used, and how far individual departments, teams or work groups have progressed.

With MentiMove Plus, the organisation gets access to the entire MentiMove House as well as more systematic implementation support. Here, learning and local group processes are linked with pulse surveys, employee feedback and follow-up on risks and resources.
